Parity democracy
In 2014, a survey was carried out, where it was seen that only 17 countries out of 194 have women as well as men in their government.
If the number of women who are part of the current government in office is analyzed, four occupy two ministries, which represents 30.8% of the total.
Feminism
Implement women in projects, where previously there were only men, leading the process of the project that is being done, for example, a woman leading a walk in NASA space.
In 2019, there were a large number of female film directors, the title or head of the film world fell, that only men were the only ones who could be film directors.
Consent
Consent is a fundamental part of there was life, because that way each person can be without fear of something traumatic happening to him and that it affects his emotional stability.
If there were people who before performing any act thought twice things would change radically, or who put into practice consent .
Legal Equality
It's not just men who make mistakes, women too, that's where you see legal equality, everything must be judged equally.
Legal equality is a right that we have all people and every time we think about doing something in breach of the rules of our country we have to take into account.
Gender stereotypes
They are models or patterns of behavior that define how women and men should be, act, think, and feel in a society; represent a set of attributes or characteristics that are assigned to them.
Stereotypes define a person as an object not as a subject and that cannot be handled in the future, to ensure that in this society respect is eded for all and for al
Sticky soil
The sticky soil has been gradually ending, because women understood that being mothers does not define their economic stability.
On the sticky ground there is no memory that helps women to undertake some time, so from the beginning it must be raised that it is necessary to make for a future, so that neither in a present nor in the past there are only financial disappointments covered by issues that had nothing to do with it.
Transversality
Being able to execute the same actions for the same result, is what cross-sectionality does, give the same result in each action whether one man or woman.
Recognizing the work of each person in a different field other than money, in the past women did not receive the same thing when working as women, but with the transversality in being able to recognize the result of men as women and be paid equally.
Wage gap
Labour inequality between men and women in Colombia remains significant; according to the Labour Observatory for Education (2017), the gender pay gap in Colombia was 11.8% during 2016, 3.3 points less than that recorded eight years ago
According to DANE reports, in the country the women's population is 41.5 per cent, who have an unemployment rate of 14.4 per cent while 8.1 per cent of men are out of employment.
Sexist language
There's no reason for a woman to be called stupid or reason why a man gets a donkey, everything has his name, in the past we had more respect for everyone.
A lot of disputes were put together over the nicknames that women were given, women got married that they were told stupid or brute and that's why so many marches were made.
3. Selecciona un tema de lista previa y haz un dibujo sobre él.
Luego de hacer el dibujo, vas a hacer 5 oraciones, en Inglés, sobre que hay en dicho lugar.

In the picture there was a woman who had dreams but for some reason I leave them in the past.
The drawing shows a woman with a broom and a picker and thoughts.
The drawing I make represents how many women in my country had dreams to fulfill at some point, but with the thought of time there were more "important" things that let them stay home.
Having support is the key not to be a victim of sticky soil and to have the courage to fight for your stuff despite any circumstance.
Just as women can fall to a single sticky man too, we all have problems despite our gender, and for that reason we always have to focus on the most important and the best for our lives, to succeed and be better people.
